First Spinach from the greenhouse

Here is our first spinach harvest...it makes a great omelet with some mushrooms and cheese or even adds some zest to a salad!

Okay, I know it's not as much as the lettuce harvest, but I only have a couple spinach plants, as I am the only one who eats it.
